South Korea’s gross domestic product(GDP) ranked eleventh worldwide last year, with its per capita income based on purchasing power remaining unchanged at 48th.
 
Quoting data by the World Bank, the Bank of Korea said on Wednesday that the country’s GDP stood at one-point-41 trillion U.S. dollars last year, ranking eleventh after Canada.
 
The United States topped the list with 18-point-57 trillion dollars, followed by China, Japan, Germany, Britain and France.
