Global IBs Predict S. Korea's Economic Growth Will Slip to 2.6% in 2018

Global investment banks predicted that South Korea's economic growth will slow down slightly next year.
 
According to the Korea Center for International Finance on Monday, nine global investment banks expected as of the end of last month that the South Korean economy will grow an average of two-point-eight percent this year and two-point-six percent next year.
 
Barclays and JP Morgan both predicted South Korea’s economic growth will slip from two-point-nine percent this year to two-point-seven percent next year.
 
Goldman Sachs forecast growth will fall from two-point-eight to two-and-a- half percent during the same period.
 
On the other hand, the Bank of Korea has projected that the nation will post growth of two-point-eight percent this year and of two-point-nine percent next year.
