The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI) again renewed its record high on Wednesday adding three-point-29 points, or point-14 percent, to close at two-thousand-391-point-95.
 
The record high beat out the figure from Monday's closing on the back of buying by individual investors and foreigners and a stabilization in oil prices. 

The tech-heavy KOSDAQ also rose, gaining four-point-27 points or point-64 percent. It closed the day at 672-point-63.
 
On the foreign exchange market, the value of the local currency strengthened point-two won against the U.S. dollar, closing at one-thousand-136-point-nine won.
