Trade Minister Joo Hyung-hwan says Thursday the government is preparing for all possibilities regarding the South Korean Free Trade Agreement with the United States, including a possible renegotiation of the deal.

Meeting with trade experts Thursday, he said the government is drafting response measures for every possible scenario. 

He says South Korea will handle any contingency in a way that maximizes national interest.
