The South Korean shopping festival will be held in fall this year in bid to attract foreign visitors and boost the country’s domestic consumption.
 
The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy announced this year's Korea Sale Festa will run from September 28th to October 31st, overlapping with the week-long Chuseok holiday.
 
The special nationwide shopping festival comprises retailers and traditional markets and shoppers can expect bargains on a variety of items like electronics, clothing and cosmetics.
