The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI) on Tuesday fell six-point-41 points, or point-3 percent, to close at two-thousand-161-point-1.
 
The tech-heavy KOSDAQ also fell three-point-03 points, or point-48 percent, to close at 625-point-49.
 
On the foreign exchange market, the value of the local currency weakened six-point-six won against the U.S. dollar, closing at one-thousand-121-point-nine won.
