Ex-N. Korean Diplomat Warns US of Possible Nuclear Attack

Former North Korean Deputy Ambassador to London Thae Yong-ho says that North Korean leader Kim Jong-un would not hesitate to launch a nuclear attack on the U.S. if there are signs of an attack on his country.

The North Korean defector made the remarks in an interview with NBC’s Nightly News in Seoul on Monday.

He said Kim would use his intercontinental ballistic missiles once he sees any kind of sign of an attack or an imminent threat from the U.S.

The former diplomat stressed that the world should be prepared to deal with the North Korean leader and the final and real solution to the North Korean nuclear problem is to remove him from the throne.
