The Seoul Motor Show, South Korea’s biggest auto event, will open in Goyang City in Gyeonggi Province Friday.
 
The show, which is marking its eleventh anniversary this year, will run for ten days at the Kintex convention center under the theme, “Design the Future, Enjoy the Moment.”
 
Around 190 firms, including nine Korean automakers and 18 imported brands, will take part in the show.
 
Roughly 300 cars that have integrated cutting-edge technology will be on display, including self-driving and eco-friendly cars.
 
The exhibition will be open between ten a.m. and seven p.m. On the opening day of the show, the event will open from 11:30 a.m.
 
The Seoul Motor Show is the nation’s only international motor show officially recognized by the International Organization of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers. It is a biennial event jointly hosted by the Korea Automobile Manufacturers Association, Korea Automobile Importers and Distributors Association and the Korea Auto Industries Cooperative Association.
