The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI) on Monday fell seven-point-57 points, or point-35 percent, to close at two-thousand-157-point-01.
 
The tech-heavy KOSDAQ also fell four-point-15 points, or point-68 percent, to close at 609-point-11.
 
On the foreign exchange market, the value of the local currency rose ten-point-eight won against the U.S. dollar, closing at one-thousand-120-point-one won.
