South Korea’s highest observatory deck will open for business next week.
 
Lotte World said on Tuesday that The Seoul Sky, located from the 117th to the 123rd floor of the country’s tallest skyscraper, the Lotte World Tower, in southern Seoul will open next Wednesday.
 
The deck is about 500 meters above the ground and has been listed in the Guinness Book of World Records in three categories.
 
The sky deck on the 118th floor is listed as the highest placed glass-floor observation platform in the world. The elevator “Sky Shuttle” holds two records, the fastest double-deck elevator and the longest elevator travel distance.
