The tech-heavy KOSDAQ rose one-point-91 points, or point-31 percent, to finish at six-hundred-17-point-86 .
 
On the foreign exchange market, the value of the local currency strengthened point-seven won against the U.S. dollar, closing at one-thousand-141-point-five won.
