China Takes up 30% of Leading Export Items

China takes up about 30 percent of export items, which represents the lions share in the global market.

The Institute for International Trade under the Korea International Trade Association reported on Sunday that China accounted for 31-point-six percent or one-thousand-762 of five-thousand-579 items that ranked top in the global market share in 2015.

Germany ranked second in the list of the world’s top sellers with 638 items or eleven-point-four percent.

The United States came in third with 607 items, while Italy ranked fourth with 201 items.

South Korea remained 14th for three straight years since 2013 with 68 items.

South Korea was the top seller of 22 chemical products, 12 steel products and nine textile items in 2015.
