KOSPI Closes Down on Thursday

The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI) on Thursday fell point-46 percent to close at two-thousand-71 after the U.S. Federal Reserve decided to leave interest rates unchanged at its latest policy meeting.
 
The tech-heavy KOSDAQ dropped one-point-seven percent to 613.

On the foreign exchange market, the value of the local currency strengthened eleven-point-three won against the U.S. dollar, closing at one-thousand-146.
