North Korean propaganda leaflets have been found in northern Seoul on Saturday, the Lunar New Year holiday.

About 200 leaflets were found at 10 a.m. on Saturday on Mount Bukhan and a residential area in Suyu-dong.

A police officer said that it seems like the leaflets sent from the North in balloons have reached the area.

Two similar leaflets were found at a hill near an elementary school in western Seoul early Saturday morning.

The leaflets carried messages criticizing the United States and promoting the North Korean regime.
