North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and his wife Ri Sol-ju have showed up at an air force fighter jet training.
The North's Korean Central Television reported on Sunday that Kim attended the training competition.

“Comrade Kim Jong-un has come to the airfield together with comrade Ri Sol-ju."
"Kim ordered to annihilate the strongholds of the invaders [in the event of a combat] and open the passageway for the Korean People’s Army to advance into the South.”
The state media, however, did not disclose when the event was held.
Kim has attended a total of nine military-related events since last month amid political instability in the South and the transition period of the presidential power in the U.S.
The regime leader is also ratcheting up bellicose rhetoric and intensifying threats of provocation by encouraging his military to perform its winter exercises as if it were engaged in actual fighting.
