The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI) on Monday slumped ten-point-03 points, or zero-point-51 percent, to close at one-thousand-974-point-four as foreigners turned to be net sellers.

The tech-heavy KOSDAQ fell zero-point-66 point, or zero-point-11 percent, to 621-point-23.
 
On the foreign exchange market, the value of the local currency weakened seven-point-one won against the U.S. dollar to one-thousand-171-point-nine won.
