S. Korea Recruits Native English Teachers on Scholarship

The National Institute for International Education is inviting university students of English-speaking countries to a teaching-on-scholarship program.
 
Applications will be accepted until December 28th this year and 150 students will be selected.

Eligible candidates are native English speakers who completed at least two years of a four-year undergraduate course or graduated from two-year colleges at countries including the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. 

Selected applicants will teach after-school programs at elementary schools in rural areas during a six-month stay from February first to July 31st next year. They will be assigned to schools after undergoing orientation and training sessions between February fifth and the 24th.
