The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI) lost further ground on Thursday, slipping one-point-93 points, or zero-point-09 percent, to close at two-thousand-32-point-72.
 
The tech-heavy KOSDAQ, on the other hand, rose seven-point-six points, or one-point-15 percent, to 671-point-29.
 
On the foreign exchange market, the local currency depreciated seven-point-three won against the U.S. dollar to one-thousand-122-point-one won.
