Foreign Minister Yun Byung-se will meet with chiefs of the country’s diplomatic missions in Europe at the end of this month to discuss response measures following Britain’s decision to leave the European Union.

The minister made the remark on Monday before the parliamentary committee on foreign affairs and unification.

The minister said that the government is quickly moving to ensure that the country will maintain stable relations with Britain as well as other countries in the EU in the areas of politics, economy and culture amid growing uncertainties over the future of the EU post-Brexit.

Yun added that the Brexit issue will also likely be discussed in depth at the Asia-Europe Meeting(ASEM) in Mongolia set for Friday and Saturday.
