KOSPI Advances; KOSDAQ Stays Nearly Flat

The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI) jumped on Wednesday as investors were hopeful that a "Brexit" will likely not occur.
The main index rose nine-point-88 points, or half-a-percent, to close at one-thousand-992-point-58.
The secondary KOSDAQ closed almost flat at 688-point-18.
On the foreign exchange market, the value of the local currency strengthened two-point-two won against the greenback to one-thousand-154-point-four won.
