US Broadcaster PBS to Introduce Korea

The Public Broadcasting Service(PBS), the biggest public broadcaster in the U.S., will be featuring South Korea as a travel destination.

The Korea Tourism Organization announced Friday that the production crew of the show "Journeys with Bill Ball" will visit South Korea this Sunday for a weeklong filming mission.

The Emmy-award winning program will feature leading tourist attractions like Gyeongbok Palace, traditional Hanok-style homestays, the Bulguk Temple in Gyeongju and the DMZ.

The shows featuring South Korea are set to air from next January in three out of a total of 13 half-hour installments.
