The tech-heavy KOSDAQ also marginally fell zero-point-69 points, or zero-point-one percent, to close at 684-point-86.

On the Seoul foreign exchange market, the value of the local currency weakened six-point-nine won against the U.S. dollar, to end trading at one-thousand-207-point-four won.
