LG Display was the world’s largest TV panel supplier in 2015, reclaiming the top spot a year after having lost it to Samsung Display.
 
According to market researcher WitsView, LG Display sold 55-point-three million TV panels last year, up six-point-four percent from 2014.
 
The calculation includes all types of TV panels from liquid crystal display and organic light-emitting diode panels to plasma display panels.
 
Taiwan’s Innolux, meanwhile, came in second, providing over 51-point-one million panels. Samsung Display fell to third place, selling less than 51 million.
