North Korea appears to have begun anti-South Korea loudspeaker broadcasts in multiple locations on the inter-Korean border.
 
A South Korean defense official said the broadcasts are not very audible, but added that some units have reported North Korean broadcasts praising the North's leader Kim Jong-un. 
 
South Korean defense officials also said the North has deployed additional military units to the border and showed evidence of intensified monitoring of the South.
