The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) ended the week below the two-thousand-30 level.
The KOSPI on Friday lost four-point-60 points, or zero-point-23 percent, to two-thousand-29-point-47 points.
The tech-heavy KOSDAQ also declined seven points, or one-point-01 percent, to close at 683-point-63.
On the Seoul foreign exchange market, the local currency appreciated two-point-two won against the greenback, to end at one-thousand-140-point-one won.
