KOSPI Down for 2nd Consecutive Day

The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) saw modest losses for a second consecutive day on Wednesday, dropping two-point-14 points, or zero-point-10 percent, to close at two-thousand-42-point-51.

The tech-laden KOSDAQ, on the other hand, gained five-point-21 points, or zero-point-76 percent, finishing the day at 693-point-53.

On the Seoul foreign exchange market, the won-dollar rate was unchanged from Tuesday, closing at one-thousand-131 won.
