North Korean propaganda Web site Uriminzokkiri criticized the recent South Korea-U.S. summit and its joint statement as an act of pro-U.S. toadyism and treason.
 
In an apparent response to Seoul and Washington's renewed opposition to Pyongyang’s nuclear program, the Web site said the North won’t give up its atomic capabilities as long as the U.S.’ hostility policies and threats remain.
