The Chosun Sinbo, a pro-North Korean newspaper based in Japan, says that if the two Koreas show sincerity in implementing the inter-Korean agreement, they would witness a rapid progress in their relations.
 
The paper said on Saturday that it holds great significance that North Korean leader Kim Jong-un stressed the meaning of the inter-Korean agreement at a recent meeting of the Central Military Commission of the North’s ruling Workers’ Party, as it shows Kim’s strong will to carry out the deal.
 
The report added that if the two Koreas keep their passion and seriousness shown in the recent marathon negotiations, they would see a rapid progress in their relations.
 
The daily, however, added that resolution and capability of South Korean President Park Geun-hye is the key to keeping the momentum for inter-Korean dialogue and managing the situation at home and abroad.
