Former first lady Lee Hee-ho visited Mount Myohyang on the third day of her visit to North Korea on Friday.
At the mountain, she visited Bohyun Temple and the International Friendship Exhibition Hall which displays gifts former North Korean leaders Kim Il-sung and Kim Jong-il received from foreign envoys.
According to the Kim Dae-jung Peace Center in Seoul, it's still not confirmed whether the widow of former President Kim Dae-jung will meet with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.
But as Lee's official schedule in the North is winding down and as she will return to the South on Saturday, some North Korea experts have predicted that a last-minute meeting between the two could happen just before Lee's departure.
The South Korean delegation accompanying the former first lady will stay one more night at a hotel at the historic mountain before returning to the capital Pyongyang Saturday morning where they will fly back home on a chartered flight.
