All S. Korean Inventions Receive Awards at Int'l Event

The Korea Invention Promotion Association has announced on Monday that all of South Korea’s entries at the 43rd International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva 2015 received prizes.
 
Of the 24 inventions displayed by 23 South Korean exhibitors, 11 scored gold medals. Ten got silver and three received bronze medals. 
 
In particular, three South Korean inventions, including a height-adjustable rotunda-type boarding bridge, received special prizes given out by invention associations of Taiwan, Poland and Thailand.

At this year's exhibit — the world's largest for inventions, 548 inventions from 50 countries were put on display between Wednesday and Sunday of last week.
