After the recent sighting of falling stars and discovery of meteorites in a southern South Korean city, a new aerospace museum in Jeju Island has decided to showcase meteorites as its opening exhibition.

The Jeju Aerospace Museum will open on April 24th, and it plans to display 17 types of roughly 270 meteorites from around the world.

The museum, located in Seogwipo, Jeju Island, will house exhibition halls on aerospace history and astronomy.
