| N. Korean Web Sites Back on Line after Temporary Connection Trouble |

 The Web sites managed directly by North Korea had trouble connecting on Tuesday before later being normalized.
The Web sites of the North’s official mouthpieces, such as the Korean Central News Agency and the Rodong Sinmun, stayed disconnected from the Internet from early Tuesday morning to 11 a.m.
The North’s propaganda Web site Uriminzokkiri also showed instability with connection on Tuesday before getting back on line.
No access problems have been detected for pro-Pyongyang Web sites located abroad, such as the Choson Sinbo in Japan and the Minjok Tongsin in the United States.
A South Korean government official confirmed the connection problems with the North Korean Web sites but added that the government is yet to determine whether it was caused by a cyber attack.
Hours earlier, U.S. media outlets reported that one of the few Internet networks in the North had shown instability since last Thursday and has been totally inactive since Monday.
