| N. Korea Publishes Human Rights Report, Says Open to Talks |

 North Korea published its own report on human rights and posted the full contents on its state-run news agency's website on Saturday.
Inside the report, Pyongyang claimed that the rights of the North Korean people are well protected while the North's leadership is open to talks regarding its human rights situation with other countries.
The report added North Korea has never objected talks on human rights and that it has always supported sincere conversation with countries that have interest in human rights issues.
Observers see North Korea's decision to publish the report as a move to actively respond to international criticism over the current human rights situation in the North.
